After a busy week at work I really like to treat myself over weekends. And this is what I do…I visit the Silly Pixie and drink my favourite Rooibos bubble tea. Usually I switch the Rooibos up with different flavourings and bubbles, but my tea always remains Rooibos. I absolutely love the taste of Rooibos and find it so refreshing and whilst it tastes great, it is also really beneficial to the well-being of my body. So whilst enjoying my favourite drink, I’m also helping my body
